Most people feel stressed trying to meet the demands in this fast-paced world. They have too many things to do - in too short of time and their minds are racing a hundred miles an hour! It’s no wonder why there’s so many who are zoned out on anti-anxiety pills and suffering from depression! But life doesn’t have to be this way! God wants you to have life and have it more abundantly! Claim God’s promise in Psalm 55:22, “Cast all your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall.” You can also claim Isaiah 26:3, “You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you.” Oh what a loving and faithful God who provides and takes care of His children. When you’re at your wits end and everyone is standing on your last nerve - stop - take a deep breath, and reflect on all the blessings in your life! Especially think back on the hard times. Those times that you thought life was so bleak you couldn’t possibly imagine living another day - yet God pulled you through! During every struggle in your life - you have not been alone for your Best Friend, Jesus has been with you every step of the way - and He’s not going to fail you now! Pray and ask God to organize your calendar and only say “yes” to what He wants you to do - and say “no” to everything else that isn’t on “God’s list!” You’ll soon realize that you’re “too blessed to be stressed!”
