Christians talk a lot about "faithfulness," but many times their actions don't support it. When asked to participate at church, they may say "yes," but then when it comes right down to it, they'll either not show up, or find someone else to take their place. Promises are made but not kept. As long as they can justify it with a "good excuse," there seems to be no remorse. If something better comes along, it's all too easy to find a way to wiggle out of the commitment, so they can do what they want. I'm so glad our God is faithful and He always keeps His promises! He will never let you down or disappoint you! You can count on His Word! No need for an iron-clad contract! God wants us to keep our promises too! In fact, not to do so, is being dishonest! And there will be no dishonesty in heaven. We need to keep our hearts pure, clean, and white as snow! When we allow the Holy Spirit to dwell within us, there is no room for selfish desires, lies, or dishonesty! Invite Jesus to come into your heart and remember that He is counting on you . . . to stay faithful!

Hebrews 10:23 KJV - Let us hold fast the profession of [our] faith without wavering; (for he [is] faithful that promised;)

Proverbs 2:8 KJV - He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints.

Matthew 25:23 KJV - His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
