No one wants to be pushed into something that they don't want to do, nor do they need a guilt trip to bring them closer to God. Nagging doesn't win hearts for Jesus, rather, it turns them away. Instead, we need to love people to Jesus. Live by example while here on earth. Jesus wasn't begging people to serve Him, instead, He just loved them. And crowds followed Him everywhere He went. By beholding, we become changed. If your friends and loved ones observe your daily walk with Jesus, that will do more to win their hearts for heaven than a forced Bible study. We need to remember that we are not the Holy Spirit, only God can change hearts. We need to trust our loved ones to the only one who can save, Jesus Christ. When we do that and really let go, our burden is lifted. We can accept God's gift of joy and live our life fully and completely surrendered. Living by example is a powerful, soul-winning tool for Jesus.
