When we pray over the sick, minister to the weak, give clothes to the needy, or care for the needs of others, we are God's hands in action. We share God's love in so many ways by reaching out to our fellow man to make their lives better. Sometimes it's a phone call, a handwritten card, a loaf of bread, or giving fresh produce from your garden. God has blessed each of us with talents, all unique and special. We can use those talents to God's honor and glory, or for selfish gain. The choice is ours. In the judgment day, will have to give an account to God as to how we use the gifts He gave us. For some, it might be helping a neighbor fix his computer that he needs in order to keep his job, or maybe it's cleaning the home of an elderly woman who just broke her leg. There are many, many ways we can use our talents to shine for Jesus. If we pray and ask God to use us in a special way, He surely will. It's called living God's word. In Matthew 25:39-41, the Bible tells us, “Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it unto the least of these my brethren, you did it to me”. Reach out and touch someone today and be God's hands in action.
