The devil will give you a million reasons why you should quit and just give up. He wants to see you discouraged, down and out, and hopeless because when you stop trusting in God, he wins. Make no mistake, the battle between good and evil is very real and Satan is not going to stop trying to deceive you as long as you are alive. When you hear the enemy whispering, you can't, you're not good enough, you're a failure, you're a disgrace, nobody loves you, don't listen; loudly declare, get thee behind me, Satan! The Bible says in James 4:7 “Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you”. If you feel you can't go on, claim Philippians 4:13, where God promises to give you strength; when you're too tired, claim Matthew 11:28-30, where God has promised to give you rest; when you're financially stressed, claim Philippians 4:19 and my God will meet all your needs. And when the future looks so dark you can't see through the haze, remember God's promise in Romans 8:28 “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him”. Here is what you can count on God's promises. The devil is a liar, so don't listen to him for one moment. Only listen to what God says in Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”

James 4:7 KJV - Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Ephesians 6:10-12 KJV - Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places].

Matthew 24:5 KJV - For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
