People that work in the television industry know just how hard it is to produce a film, and that it takes a talented team of people to make it happen. Few people read the long list of credits at the end of a film but in addition to the actors who usually get most the credit - there’s wardrobe personal, make up artists, set designers, audio technicians, lighting crew, camera operators, directors and the list goes on and on.  But the Producer has the vision and calls the shots. If everyone listens to what the producer says - then there’s a successful outcome. Many times the crew has no idea “why” the producer insists on a certain way of doing things - but when they listen and carry out the instructions - the production succeeds! It’s a “win-win!” There are days when we wake up and wish we had a crew to get things done and someone else was telling us the right direction to go, and writing our scripts of what to say and do! The good news is - that each one of us has that option available to us right now! God is the Master Producer and stands ready to lead, guide and direct us in all that we do and say - we need only to ask and trust Him to “call the shots!”
